Ingredients
  1. 3 Haas avocados
  2. 1 large, or 2 small shallots, minced
  3. 1 Medium Fresh Tomato, petite dice
  4. 2-3 Tablespoons of Pepper Plant hot sauce
  5. 1 Lemon, juice
  6. 1 Pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Mash Avocados until mix of creamy and chunky
  2. Add Salt and Pepper Plant
  3. Stir, while keeping most
  4. Fold in shallots, tomatoes and lemon juice
